We had more media than usual this year. Joe spoke to BBC radio Manchester in the morning, and we also turned up on the local evening news. Various other outlets picked it up from there.

Accounting!

Okay, the accounting part:

There were 66 donations through the website for a total of £2,635.56. The mean donation was £39.93, but that is skewed by a couple of larger donations.

We also received a cryptocurrency donation of 50 ADA. After various transfer fees this appeared in our bank account as £45.05.

  • Flowers and mileage expenses were £221.81, which was slightly below the budgeted amount of £231 for 66 donations.. The receipts are here
  • This leaves £2,458.80 to transfer to Special Effect.
  • The Pay Pal account was withdrawn to eQuality Time’s Unity Bank account and from there transferred to Special Effect.
