Accounting!

Okay, the accounting part:

There were 108 (compared to 57 last year!) donations through the website for a total of £2,516.31 or £2432.16 after fees. Screenshot of Paypal

But that’s only scratching the surface - we also had some amazing large donations (that we passed directly to Special Effect for Gift Aid reasons) that come to £7,800 - plus £975 of Gift Aid!

That’s a total amount raised of 11607.16 for Special Effect.

  • Flowers and mileage expenses were £261.22, which was slightly below the budgeted amount.. The receipts are here.
  • This leaves £2170.94 to transfer to Special Effect.
  • The Pay Pal account was withdrawn to eQuality Time’s Unity Bank account and from there will be transferred to Special Effect.

Hopefully donors can feel sure that their money went to the right place. The relevant transactions from the eQuality Time account will be added as soon as they are approved by trustees.
